Large-Scale Cruelty Given the Go-Ahead in Powys

We have some sad news to report: plans to build a massive dairy farm in Wales that would inflict misery on 1,000 cows at a time have just been approved by a government minister.

Animal Abusers on the Loose: £1,000 Reward for Information

A young seagull was shot through the neck with a crossbow in Inverness, and cocktail sausages laced with nails were left on playing fields in Monmouthshire in order to injure dogs – these two sickening incidents of cruelty to animals happened in just the past few weeks in the UK.

Herd of ‘Cows’ Up in Arms Over Dairy Factory Farm

PETA supporters greeted members of the Powys County Council as they arrived at the town hall in Welshpool to discuss a proposal to expand Leighton Farm into an industrialised dairy farm with 1,000 cows.
