Lynx, Fox, Racoon and Rabbit Protest Fur at Milan Fashion Week

Four gorgeous painted ladies bared all for the animals this week in an anti-fur protest at the famous Milan Duomo cathedral square in Italy. Why? It’s Milan Fashion Week of course!

In a stunning and colourful display, PETA activists stripped down to their undies and painted their almost-naked bodies as a lynx, a fox, a rabbit and a racoon. Using just anti-fur placards reading ‘We Are Not Fur Coats’ (and the Italian equivalent) to cover their modesty, the ladies told Milan exactly what they think about fur used for fashion – it sucks.

The big Italian media names were present in their masses and the sun smiled down on the nearly-nude activists who braved the February chill. Well done everyone involved in this – don’t they look great?
