Ingrid E Newkirk to the Two Princes – Don’t Kill Birds for Sport

PETA’s founder and managing director, Ingrid E Newkirk, has just sent a letter to Princes William and Harry pleading with them to refrain from killing birds for sport after hearing that William has purchased 250 pheasants, ducks and partridges for a shoot at Sandringham Estate in honour of Harry’s birthday.

Fox Decides It’s Hunter Season

A hunter in Belarus wound up in the hospital after he was shot by a fox he had wounded and was trying to kill with the butt of his rifle. As the determined fox fought back, she pulled the trigger of the gun with her paw. The bullet struck the hunter’s leg, and the fox made her escape.

Mystery of Dead Seals in Scotland, but What About Canada’s Massacre?
