PETA Announces Proggy Award Winners!

Boy am I excited. Our annual Proggy Awards are here once again, and this year we have some amazing winners. Please give a hearty round of applause to companies like New Look, Divine Chocolate, Marks and Spencer and more, for their commitment to compassionate shopping. What are the Proggy Awards? Every year we award companies for their progressive attitude (prog-ressive, geddit?) and policies, giving them a nice certificate and a big ‘ol mention on Peta.org.uk.

So who won what? You’ll have to go visit the feature for that info! Go on, off you go…

Cruelty-Free Products Invasion

It seems like every day I hear about a new cruelty-free company that doesn’t test its products on animals, so I thought I’d direct you toward our new Easy Way to Go Cruelty-Free feature to find out more. There’s a video, background history, links to an approved list of companies and some cute bunny pictures. Everyone uses cosmetics, household products or toiletries at some point in their day, so go check it out and be in the know for your next shop.
