The Trollsen Twins Get a Visit From… The Trollsen Twins!

Because we just love the fur-addicted Trollsen Twins sooooooo much, we were dead excited when we heard that they’d be in New York yesterday, just blocks from the PETA US office there, doing a signing of their new book, Influence. (As far as we can tell, the book has to be a series of photographs of either Cruella De Vil or Anna Wintour - not that you can tell the difference). So, PETA US decided to pay them a little visit. Figuring that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, they all put on their scary Trollsens masks (well, it is nearly Halloween), and off they went.

Would you believe that Hairy-Kate and Trashley wouldn’t even stop to talk with the masked crusaders? Shameful, really - but what do you expect from girls who continue to promote the cruel and toxic fur industry, even after being given all the facts? The protesters did get to talk to their fans though (who knew they had fans?) and showed a lot of people the truth about the fur-loving Trollsens’ “Full House of Horrors.”

Nice demo! Very eye-catching!

What sort of response did you get from people and the media? Do you think the Trollsen’s got the message this time?
