Ladies and Gents, I Give You Ingrid Newkirk

Ingrid NewkirkSo, you know what PETA gets up to on a daily basis, thanks to the wonderful world of modern technology; like this blog, online features and regular emails. You hear about the eye-catching protests, the snarky letters, the tear-jerking stories and the victories. But what about the people behind all the hard work? Well, here’s your chance to have a sneak peak at our founder, and PETA US president, (drum roll please)… Ingrid Newkirk!

The Financial Times did a huuuge article on her this Sunday just gone, and even featured her as the cover girl – oo er! If you missed it, fear not, it’s here on the FT website for your viewing pleasure. Learn about her philosophy, that shapes what we do for animals being abused for food, entertainment, fashion and other industries. I agree with Sally. Ingrid and all the other people who work for Peta do an amazing job, keep up the great work!

Ingrid’s blog is really interesting, thanks for letting us know about it.

Long liveth Hindu Republic of India,mother and father of Veganism,Vegetarianism and compassion for all living being,where Ingrid was brought up and no doubt inspired or influenced good Samaritans and Saints like Ingrid Newirk,Mother Theresa,Ghandiji,Vinoba Bhave,Shree Arbindo,Poet like Rabindranath Tagore but to name a few.
Indeed,one commendeth Noble Lords and Ladies and USA Preisdent Obama and Indian PM Manmohanji to confer her the highest USA Honour and Indian Padma Bhusan and Swedish Noble peace Prize and UK Honoraray title of Duchess and Empress of Humanity,Compassion and care and be enobled as Her Royal Highness for Animal Care and welfare and in turn our human salavation and well being of our children children.She ought to be anointed as a Popess of the Greens.Pray for her and bless her from the bottom of ones heart for such an enobling organisation.Hope Obama inducts her in a high profile Job as USA Ambassador for Peace and restores Americas prestige as a free and fair country and decent country.I rest my case.
