Bad News for Grizzlies

Sadly it’s that time of year again when grizzly bear hunting in British Columbia, Canada, rears its ugly head, leading to the slaughter of hundreds of bears for this blood-sport. The hunt starts on a limited basis on Friday, then kicks off fully in September. So it’s time to spare a thought and get active for our Unbearable Cruelty campaign (if you weren’t already, of course).

So what do sickening pictures like the one above have to do with the Royal Family? The great big fluffy hats you see adorning the heads of our Royal Guards are actually made from bearskins, from bears that have families, feel pain and breathe, just like you and I do. But none of that matters to the hunters, who kill to earn a quick buck, or to brandish the dead corpses as trophies.

Are all of you really that ignorant?? Sport hunting as you call it, is part of a wildlife management system. The purpose of hunting in general is to help the overall species with food ration and disease. Wildlife biologists as myself carefully watch herds, plant mineral supplements and food plots (annually) to help the animals through hard winters to ensure the animals survival. For instance in one whitetail deer season the department of wildlife conservation raises more money to go towards the improvement of wildlife habitat than peda does in 6 years. The grizzly bear you are trying to use as a tear jerker is an old boar, he has lived a full life. Just be glad these Idiots as you call them have the balls enough to actually care about the grizzly bear cubs who are going to enjoy a few extra meals this year. but you wouldn’t understand that because you are to busy hiding behind a blog if any of you have anything you would like to question me on, my email is taylo019@nsuok.edu but be fully aware that I pack only the truth so if you are not educated enough to make a coherent statement maybe you should keep your opinions to yourself.

Dear Maxwell Taylor,

wildlife management?? What do you mean by this? The human population is set to double in the the next 100 years and you talk about wildlife management.
You can ensure animals reduce their birthrate by means of sterilisation and also birth control methods. You don’t let them breed and then blow their brains out and call that management. When you live to an old age after having a good life perhaps the younger generation will consider you as a old boar and worthless. Also, you say you are packed with the truth that is your opinion. Perhaps you should travel more!

With all the college educated people in high positions of decision, all they can come up with for a solution is “slaughter”. Any moron can decide that. Wildlife Management—another waste of taxpayers money. Someday—the meek shall inherit the earth.

No I’m not ignorant look at the expressions on these idiots faces, these idiots would still go out and shoot the bears whether they were helping nature or not.These idiots take shelter out of harms way take aim and kill and call it sport.If these sportsmen are there ‘TO HELP NATURE’ why cut off the heads and take them home as trophies?

They should be all very ashamed of themselves,but they are not……because criminals are just like that….but wait….what goes around comes around…they will suffer for their crimes…they will get what they deserve.Well and good.!!!!!
